One of them involves a brand new app created by the tech giant for Windows 10 that provides a window from users’ PCs to their smartphones.
Your Phone app is compatible with Android and iOS smartphones
The app will enable a seamless transition of content including photos, messages, and notifications across shared devices. Users will be able to read and send text messages via their smartphones as well as move photos from their mobile devices to their PCs and see all the phone notifications on the computers. The main benefit triggered by using the app will be the fact that you won’t have to pick up your phone anymore while you’re on the PC to access information and check out notifications that pop up on the mobile device while you’re busy. You will be able to see all of these on your PC via Your Phone app without having to switch between the devices. Your Phone app begins rolling out to the Windows Insiders by the end of this week.
