Microsoft removed the Downloads folder from Disk Cleanup
Well, Microsoft added a note in their blog post about the Insider Preview Build 19018 specifying that they deleted the Downloads folder from Disk Cleanup based on feedback from users.
The change happened with the latest Windows 10 version 2004 so if you installed it already, you will be able to notice it.
How can I delete the contents of the Downloads folder?
Although they removed the folder from Disk Cleanup, Microsoft didn’t remove it from Storage Sense, the built-in storage management feature from Windows 10.
