But, if you have recently upgraded to the Creators Update for Windows 10, you may have noticed a bug with Remote Desktop Connection that prevents the tool from connecting online. One user raised the issue on the Microsoft Community page: The issue remains unsolved on the community page. A quick workaround, however, could be restarting any device that’s involved in the problem. Speaking of which, we do have a dedicated article on how to fix Remote Desktop Connection issues. Check it out and try out the workarounds listed in the article — they may help you fix this bug. I know this is not a problem with the internet I have because it worked fine before I updated.
