Windows 10 v1903 is not available for all users just yet
Microsoft decided to implement the update gradually, in an attempt to detect and hopefully fix all the potential system issues before making it available to all PC users. In other words, Windows v1903 will not be available for everyone at the same time. For the time being, automatic download is not an option. If you want to download and In order to manually download the Windows update, you would need to opt to Check for updates from the Windows Update section, in the Windows Settings. Microsoft is very cautious with this specific update release. It will only make the Download and Install button available if it detects that your PC’s specs are compatible with the official system requirements. Microsoft’s website also contains a section dedicated to reported issues and update status information. There you can find information if these specific bugs are under investigation or have been fixed.
