We understand that migration is moving along slowly, and folks who are sharing calendars and signing into their Windows 10 Mobile or Windows Phone device with an Outlook account, will be the last ones to be migrated to the new version of the email Web App. Microsoft expects everyone to be up and running with the new Outlook.com before the August 31, 2016, deadline.
