To start in a funny manner, we’d say it’s better to encounter error 0x800703ed when trying to install the build than to be able to get the update and then realize the terminal can’t detect your SIM card and the keyboard is unavailable.

There is also a workaround available to fix this issue: all you need to do is remove the SD card before starting the update and the build will install without any problems. However, if you do decide to install build 14926 on your Windows phone, keep in mind that most likely, you’ll encounter SIM card issues and you won’t be able to unlock your terminal. Fortunately, there’s also a workaround available for the SIM card and PIN issues as well. You can perform a hard reset and this will solve the issue, but you should opt to use a back-up build in order to restore the content previously saved on your device. In earnest, we recommend you to wait until Microsoft pushes a hotfix for these annoying issues detected on the latest Mobile build.
