It is worth mentioning that Microsoft supports these versions of Windows 10 only in Enterprise, Education and IoT Enterprise editions. What’s new in KB4499147 and KB4499162?

KB4499147 increases OS Build number to 16299.1182 for Windows 10 version 1709 and KB4499162 increases OS Build number to 15063.1839 for Windows 10 version 1703. Both updates fix an issue regarding looping redirects between Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer 11. Also, they fix a plethora of problems such as an “Incorrect Username or password” login error when using an empty or null password and Windows Defender Credential Guard is enabled.

KB4499147 and KB4499162 are similar, but not the same
