Probably the best interior design app for Windows 8 currently available
The single downside, if I can call it like that, is the pretty big size of the app – almost 400 megabytes, but if we have a look at everything that’s inside the app, it makes sense. There are more than than 1,200 objects and 1,500 materials to choose from in order to help you decorate and design your house. The app looks really masterfully crafted, so it can be equally used by those who want to design their own house but even by professional who want to showcase projects to their clients. The app comes with many useful features, such as the ability to create detailed 2D floor plans, great looking real-time 3D rendering and the option to quickly add and customize a roof. You can build up to two stories with a loft from within the app and you can also apply materials, move objects, adjust light, walk around, and a bunch of other stuff in the realistic 3D environment. If you happen to already have a model in the Trimble 3D Warehouse, then you can import it and modify it inside the app. There are other features such as interior lighting fine tuning and the ability to adjust natural lighting. Of course, you can easily share images or save them in the Gallery. The will work on touch and desktop Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 devices but also on Windows RT.
